This position has responsibility and authority for:•Driving utilization of the our product by providing clinical and system support with OR case procedures in assigned territory •Providing support at symposiums, exhibitions and market development events •Effectively integrating the our product at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to insure ongoing commitment to the system •Conducting our product system training for surgeons and hospital staff •Delivery of system in-service and on-site training to specific levels of surgical team •Providing mentorship and onboarding support to new hires •Responsibility with key accounts •Responsibly managing administrative tasks; deliver billing and invoices directly to hospital, work with Accounting team to reconcile invoices and ensure billing accuracy against orders, deliver instruments•Partnering with capital team to resolve customer issues related to contracts and services •Working with the Clinical Sales Man..
